I contacted them after hours about an urgent plumbing issue and they were able to go out first thing in the morning and fix everything quickly. Both Val and Alfredo were very nice and easy to work with.
Plumber was able to perform camera inspection work that another plumber was not able to do. Now I have piece of mind that my 60+ year old main drain line going to the sewer is still in decent shape.
I had a great experience with Blue Frog of Northeast Houston. The technician I had was Alfredo, and he was amazing. He took time to explain to me what the problem was, walked me through how it needed to be fixed, and he made sure that everything was working properly before he left. He was extremely professional, and he arrived when he was scheduled to. I will definitely be contacting this company again.
Took care of a leaking valve while I was out of town. No issues and very communicative.
