Charged me $77 for nothing. Cancelled the appt and got charged for it anyway. The plumber was not even done with his previous job, was not even on his way to my house yet. I am a USAF veteran and cannot afford to pay for a service I did not receive.

Everything is $300+. A $30 hose was more than $325,even though it was easily accessible and would take a non professional less than 10 minutes to change. To replace a loose garbage disposal was more than $325 labor plus a significant markup on a new disposal the tech had to go get from Ferguson's charging me both time and mileage as well. What a racket. Wil not recommend.

The company refused to give me an estimate prior to the plumber showing up even though it was in the Home Advisor email I sent that I needed a kitchen sink faucet replaced. I had no idea how much it would cost. When the plumber got here and gave me the estimate it was in his computer for sink faucet replacement $300.00. The technician sent was Roberto. He was fantastic. He was real. He didnt try to over sell me with other possibly unnecessary services. He explained my options. I chose one and then we covered what he would do and what I should expect as a potential outcome. We also discussed price at this time before the service was performed. I paid $100 for a sales pitch towards a new water softener. All I wanted was for him to fix the leak on the fitting going to the tank. He tried to convince me I needed a new water softener from them which was $2100. I feel if he couldn't fix it they should have told me once I gave them the type of softener I had. Pretty expensive visit.

They said that the line was fixed, but it wasn't. They charge 423.00 for a line that wasn't fixed and when my son called them back they said the total amount would be 3100.00 but he never stopped the leak
