Used Bluefrog to replace a broken bathroom sink. The handyman was very friendly/professional, he helped me find a replacement, and he installed it very quickly. Unfortunately, the glue used in the installation wasn't strong enough and the sink fell off later in the evening. Bluefrog offered to send someone out that evening to fix (this was after 10pm) but I was able to prop the sink up and told them to just come in the morning. Blue Frog was my second call after the first company sent by my home warranty was utterly useless and unable (or unwilling) to solve my problem. Blue Frog was able to come out the same day (within just a few hours, actually) to assess the problem and back out first thing the next morning to fix the issue. Both employees I dealt with were incredibly helpful and did not seem bothered in the slightest to clearly explain the problem and the best course of action to correct it.
