Blue Frog was my second call after the first company sent by my home warranty was utterly useless and unable (or unwilling) to solve my problem. Blue Frog was able to come out the same day (within just a few hours, actually) to assess the problem and back out first thing the next morning to fix the issue. Both employees I dealt with were incredibly helpful and did not seem bothered in the slightest to clearly explain the problem and the best course of action to correct it. They set up an appointment right away, arrived ahead of schedule, kept in touch via text and phone calls. The service representative, Sean, was very knowledgeable and explained everything. The price was surprisingly great for what was done !! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a professional plumber !!
