Excellent service for a reasonable price.
Too expensive just to replace a gasket. He delayed the work as long as possible. Then finally finished the job. 2 people working, it took more than 1 hour.
Martin was very skilled and thorough. He explained the process step by step. overall it was a pleasant experience.
Mike with Bluefrog is the best. He was on time and very professional. He assessed the problem, had the parts for the repair with him, and he repaired the problem in a timely manner. He was very good at what he did. He explained the problem and fixed it. I would recommend Mike and Bluefrog very highly.
Shea was amazing. He took the time to explain my pipe issue.Shea explain each process in great detail. Once the job was completed he made sure there was no longer a leak. Shea also left a additional washer for back up use. He was professional and polite. I would recommend him for future jobs.

Professional, fast service! Because his techs were on other calls, Frank Foster installed the shower head in my guest bathroom himself. Frank was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He called when he was enroute, arrived on time, and worked quickly. Since moving to the Charlotte area I've had experiences with two other plumbing services.
