Technician was kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable. It was a tough clogged drain, but he got it done. Quote for shutoff valves replacements was competitive. Although costs where higher than hoped for, it was worth it - you get what you pay for. They do very good work.

They scheduler was friendly and competent, the rep showed up as scheduled, was in and out of the house within an hour. The scheduler said the $77 service fee would be waived and a price quote given after examining the job. The price quote was $227 to clean the bathtub drain and I interpreted that as a $77 service fee and $150 drain cleaning feel I was comfortable paying the service portion but thought the drain fee was high for the time and labor involved. However, the tub is still draining.

I am a repeat customer of Blue Frog of West Houston. Every time I have received excellent service. CJ and Colin were very knowledgeable and professional. Jill, in the office, wss wonderful in keeping me informed of their arrival time. The pricing was reasonable also. I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Frog of West Houston to anyone and everyone. It is a great company with employees who excel at customer service. They are the best!
