They arrived the same day I called. Very quick response. Fixed problem within hour of arriving. My problem was their pricing. First quoted $350 to fix toilet. It was a simple problem. Total time they spent on site was less than an hour and that included going out to Home Depot to get part. Talked them down to $200 but thought the first quote was way out of line and feel they tried to take advantage of my situation.

Our plumbers work out of a set price book and have no control over pricing. We pride ourselves on quick response, great service, quality work and dependability at a fair price. The repair person showed me every item that needed to be addressed and explained why it was necessary He was very polite and made sure everything was clean before he left.
