Tech had never worked on a tankless water heater, but he call his boss and the manufacturer to try to figure out the issue. He was patient and considerate. We didn�t find an exact issue but what we did seems to have fixed the issue.

I sent a request for a quote on Sunday night. I received a call from Blue Frog within 5 minutes. It wasn't an emergency so we agreed they would be at the house the next morning. They were there on time, gave me a great quote and the service was complete by the end of the day. I cannot say enough good things about the whole process and Mark did a fantastic job. Very happy to have a plumbing company that I can call when I have any plumbing issues.
