Paul Halleck did a great job of replacing my hot water heater upstairs in a closet. The installation looked much better than the one he replaced. The fast response from blueFrog plumbing was appreciated and great to have hot water again.

Called Home advisor and set up quotes with 3 companies to install a replacement water heater. Cory with Bluefrog Plumbing Drain showed up on time and ready to go. He took the time to tell me what the job entailed in great detail and gave me a quote that came in loft less $$ than I anticipated. I advised Cory that I had a couple of other companies coming out to bid on the job and he thanked me and was on his way. The office kept me well informed of when they could come out, had to reschedule the first appt because I had a conflict. They quickly rescheduled and got the work done the next day. They knew I had to leave by 10 am so they scheduled me for 8-10, called me at 7:30 and the technician was here by 8. They did a great job and even stayed after hours to complete the installation. The installers were very professional and friendly. I definitely recommend this company. I would have given them 5 stars but the dispatcher had quoted one price over the phone and there was a slight increase when the installer got here. Eventually I just didn t purchase the membership in order to stick to my budget.
