The office kept me well informed of when they could come out, had to reschedule the first appt because I had a conflict. They quickly rescheduled and got the work done the next day. They knew I had to leave by 10 am so they scheduled me for 8-10, called me at 7:30 and the technician was here by 8. They did a great job and even stayed after hours to complete the installation. The installers were very professional and friendly. I definitely recommend this company. I would have given them 5 stars but the dispatcher had quoted one price over the phone and there was a slight increase when the installer got here. Eventually I just didn t purchase the membership in order to stick to my budget.
