Service Call Service was to program a new key fob, replacing a defective fob under warranty. Was provided a service loaner car rather than waiting at dealer in that I a had an important errand to do as a real estate broker. NICE!
Bmw service I had my car in for a front brake job and a couple of unidentified problems. I waited to see what they could find, and after 2 hours, they came to me with a scenario of what needed to be done. The repairs were going to take 3-4 hours. They offered to take me home and come pick me up when done which amounts toa 60 mile RT. I thought that was fabulous, and teally appreciate that service.
