BMW of Medford OR We had the best car buying experience we have ever had. There was no pressure after the test drive. All the people we meet were very nice, they made us feel like family. Great experience My car buying experience was actually enjoyable...David Scheppler was outstanding, and I think that if you come into this dealer you should specifically ask for him by name. First of all, he was super low pressure, and really listened to what I wanted. He also explored other options for other cars, both new and pre-owned, that really made me consider my options. vibration feel in car and steering wheel Was very pleased with diagnosis and repair. Mechanic "John" was very helpful. Explained the problem and also explained the steering and suspension works. Appreciated the time he took to explain this. Josh was also very helpful, kept me informed about the status of my car.
