Going the extra mile I stopped into the service department because I had an engine warning indicator light come on while I was running errands nearby the dealership. I was quickly worked into the schedule. The problem was diagnosed and fixed and an hour an a half later I was on the road again with the peace of mind of having a vehicle that was safe to drive. Love my car and the great people at Medford BMW! Yes, the best! They were ready when I arrived, serviced my car, provided a car during the service, which is super important when you visit from Brookings and have a huge shopping list. They even cleaned my car, and it was ready to go when I returned. They even allowed Ami (my dog) to visit the office. Just stellar service & staff!
