GM Not trustworthy and got caught in his own lies Horrible situation with GM Scott Loewe regarding his emails agreeing to reimburse us on a center console damaged by dealer and when asked us to step up and order the new part we did only to be told he changed his mind after we paid our money …. John Yark owner doesn’t take the time to read the email trail and allows this guy to work for them …. Don’t go here … Bad experience

My warranty work was done right and quickly. Took care of the problem quickly. Warranty work so no charge. Yark always returns your car freshly washed. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Dealer is very clean.

FALSE ADVERTISING AND NO REMORSE I am filing a complaint due in regards to buying a used car from BMW of Toledo. I am a resident of New York State and drove to Ohio (approximately a 10-12 hour drive) in order to pick up a used Mercedes Benz AMG GT53 from the dealership. Great service department We have been coming to this dealership for many years now. This is our second car from them. The service was fabulous as always. This was the first time we had John, and he did a great job. We were very pleased with him. Kyle, who we have had many times before, came in and spoke with us and filled us in on some great info for a future car. It is extremely wonderful to go in for car maintenance and be taken care of so nicely.
