I came in a week ago so service could look at my car and... I came in a week ago so service could look at my car and order the needed parts. When I came in for my appt, the parts had not been ordered. Kyle made sure to order the parts himself this visit, apologize, and set up an appt for my car to get picked up next time since I live an hour away. (Not Kyle's fault the parts weren't ordered last time)

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM DAY 1.. TO MANY THINGS TO LIST ON HERE 1 EXAMPLE I ORDERED A SET OF TIRES TO BE PLACED ON THE VEHICLE WHILE IT WAS STILL AT THE PORT NEVER RECEIVED MY ORIGINAL SET ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS. 2ND EXAMPLE I GOT PULLED OVER BY POLICE STATING THE PLATE DID NOT BELONG TO MY VEHICLE, IT TOOK THEM ALMOST 3 MONTHS TO SEND ME MY PLATE.. Not a place I would recommend to anyone They are not honest about what they are selling. autotrade had a bwm they were selling as new with 4 miles . in fact it was a loan with over 1000 miles. only after I made an offer did they admit that fact

Very Dissapointed 25 words aren't enough. I had my car towed the day before my 0730 annual service. The car wouldn't start because of fridgiid temps. Service rep told me it just happens. Went to pick up my X5 and was told it wasn't ready. Told me other cars were serviced as parts came in. He said he could call the servicing tech - I said call him - Rep said he didn't have his number.
