I inquired about an almost new X5 executive car one evening and David responded first thing the next morning with and email and a phone call. He accommodated my ask for an appointment that same afternoon and I had 1/2 hour to spare. We went for a test drive and he explained the car and the attractive deal during the drive and I decided to purchase and put a deposit on the car then and there. Kyle was AMAZING! He came to my house and stayed until every problem I was having was resolved. I really have never seen better customer service! Fabulous expertise and knowledge. He refused to accept that he couldn't find an answer and kept trying until everything was fixed. Love him!!!
David Ugorowski was a fantastic sales contact for me at BMW Rochester Hills, was over the top timely and responsive, took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and worked with me to get me into the right vehicle at exactly the right time! Love this dealership and especially Tonya Murray - she is AWESOME. This is the second vehicle we purchased via her and I wouldn't go to anyone else.
