I was looking to buy SUV. Tried many different brands but finally settled for a BMW X5 xDrive50i. The overall driving experience was pretty good compared to other brands. Finally, I went to different dealerships in South east Michigan and BMW of Rochester Hills was the best. I found the car I wanted and Dave was really helpful with the remaining process.

I had been researching pre-owned BMW X3's for 3 months covering an area from Chicago, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Detroit, to Cleveland and have spoken or worked with a number of advisors. I finally settled on a car at Rochester Hills BMW. Being 3 1/2 hrs drive I had to conduct most business over email and the web. The buying process working with Erick Grabruck was exceptional. I Never felt forced or pressured to make a decision and he was always available to help as needed. I would suggest all friends and family to work with Erick as I plan to from now on. The CPO leasing process was very straight forward and seems to be the best way to what you want at a great price, with all the bennifits of a new BMW.

Sammie was a pleasure to work with and got me an excellent deal on my new 4 series Gran Coupe. My family gets all cars from Sammie. Jonathan came out to my home and did a nice job of showing me a few things on the vehicle. Very happy with everything!

Leasing/buying a new car can be painful. This was NOT the case at BMW of Rochester Hills. Brad Paris was quick and straight to the point, just how I like it. I also had a good sales experience with him because he was not pushy and was willing to negotiate on price. Overall I think this dealership is willing to work with people on a deal. That's exactly what I got. I walked away with my new 528i Xdrive at the price I WANTED, not the other way around.
