Couldn't ask for anything more. Excellent friendly service and solid knowledge on the various different models. Tonya helped me find the exact car I was looking for. My wife and I drove over an hour to work with the people of BMW of Rochester Hills. There were other BMW dealers that were closer, however working with Tonya was a great experience. She made us feel welcome from the moment we set foot inside the showroom. I picked up my 2016 CPO BMW a few days ago. My experience with the dealership and in particular with Jason Anderegg was nothing but positive. I have dealt with new car salespersons for decades now, and can honestly say that Jason was without question the best of the lot. Brad Paris was the best sales rep I have ever dealt with when buying a new car. Brad was very enthusiastic about helping me order my new 3 series with a manual transmission.
