My experience at BMW Rochester Hills was outstanding. Frank Sands, the client advisor who assisted me, was not the least bit pushy but patiently aided me in finding the perfect new car. Before I left the dealership he provided instruction in operating the car's features and provided reassurance that he was available to answer any future questions which may arise. I couldn't be happier with my BMW X1 and the purchase experience.
