I was in the market for a new vehicle this year. I stopped in to Grand Blanc Toyota -- had never been in there before. I met with a salesperson, Phil Preville. For ten years, I have enjoyed working with this dealership. Everyone is friendly, you never have to wait for someone to help you, the building is nice, and it's easy to pull your car up for service. Dan Myers was wonderful in helping me with everything I needed; he was personable, knowledgeable, and very concerned about making sure I ended up with something that made me happy. I was really impressed with the way my family was treated while purchasing my second Tundra. Dan Myers helped us through the entire process. From the beginning to the end. The staff is always friendly and service is immediate, they have gone out of their way for me and my family time and time again, including at home drop off's and pick ups! My mother once needed a jump on a snowy day, they brought the plow truck to her house, dug her out, and got her on her way! I can tell they cherish loyal clients so they will always do what it takes to earn their trust and respect. The personal service is what makes this an exceptional dealership.

From sales to service, the staff is pleasant, reliable and honest.
