"Fabulous Experience as Always" This is the third car leased from Lori Asserson. She makes the process smooth as silk-seamlessly easy! I would highly recommend her services along with the Dealership without hesitation.
"Impeccable Service" Ramsey BMW did everything to make a routine maintenance go smoothly. They had a loaner for me if I needed it. But they were able to do everything quickly so I just waited instead . The wait time was minimal . Kept me informed on status . Answered all questions and sent me to correct area to answer another . Very clean , courteous , professional !

"In and Out" Even though I do not work there anymore. The service staff has always treated my like family. I do work for another BMW Dealership in CT. I feel the expertise and politeness of BMW Of Ramsey has always been 5 stars. Got in at 7;30am to fix a flat and oil change. Was out the door in no time and still made it to work in CT for coffee.
