"Lori Asserson is the gold standard" This is the 4th car we have purchased or leased from BMW of Ramsey (formally Prestige BMW). "Alway Great service" I was immediately greeted by a man in a suit, who quickly stated the process. The loaner was ready immediately. They did a quick inspection, then I left. A few hours later they texted me that my car was ready. If Yu want amazing quick service, with exert BMW mechanics, this is the place to go.
"Very helpful and accomodating" Everyone at BMW in Ramse is vsry friendly....Pirchased my car back in June...Pedro , my sales person did all hs can do to make it a great experienxe....I do wish he returned phone calls quicker, but nobody is perfect...Cameron in service was excellent...Prompt and efficient...Set me up w/loaner car, no problems (in past at other dealerships, conveniently never had a loaner which was promised). "Excellent Service!" I found Lori Asserson of BMW online. Just as her review reflected, Lori was an excellent sales executive. Lori was thoughtful to my budget and manage to deliver what I was looking for all in the confines of my budget. She responded immediately to all my emails and phone calls. "Pre Certified X6" My experience with this dealership was very good. Jesus was very professional and made the experience of buying my X6 very easy. The car was detailed and the price made my decision easy. After completing the paperwork the BMW Genius explained the features of the car and how everything worked. "Fantastic Purchase on CPO 535i" Traveled from Albany NY after seeing a great deal on dealer website. Was not disappointed.
