"Usual great service " Great service as always. Always helpful and great communication throughout the process Morgan always makes the customer feel welcome and satisfied in every way possible.
"Efficient" Brought car in for required scheduled service. Drop off was in and out in less than fifteen minutes with a loaner. Service manager texted contact info if I needed. When car was ready again I was in and out in less than fifteen minutes.
"Consistently good service" Everyone from my service advisor, Anna, to the technician is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. Dropoff is quick and convenient, service is properly done, vehicle is ready on time and pickup is easy.
"Great Staff" The dealership is very well run. Tim, the client advisor I had the pleasure of working with, is a great guy. He was not pushy at all, answered all of my questions, and was upfront with me about everything. After purchasing my certified pre-owned 3-series, I noticed a few small issues. "Amazing car,amazing dealership" The best experience I have ever had buying a car. Lori is amazing. Listens to what you want and what you what to spend and makes it happen. No BS. No nonsense. Everyone in dealership is polite and helpful.
"Anna is awesome" I damaged the right side view mirror on my X3 and was in a tough spot for timing. The excellent, quick and responsive service I got from Anna and the service team defies description. I was turned around in <2 hours. Five stars is not enough!
