"Good service experienced " BMW of Ramsey always a good service experience. Work was done on time and according to BMW service requirements. Know that this will keep my BMW running at its peak performance.
"Service on 2012 328i" The service tech named Diana went out of her way to accommodate our needs and gave me a very fair price as well. Very please with the service on the vehicle as well.

"Great job" Brought my car in with a noise in the dash. Noise turned out to be a bolt which had fallen deep into the ducting system. Fixing it required removing most of the dash, the heating box, the driver seat and the front carpet. Everything done and working perfectly, car returned clean and looking like new, all covered. Great job, fine service, helpful people.
"Quick and efficient service" Pedro is especially great to deal with. He is kind and professional. From the sale of my car to service, he is always ready and willing to accommodate. I hope Pedro gets a bonus for going above and beyond.

"Service Dept" Everyone was professional and helpful. I waited in an area that had food and tv for entertainment. My car was washed and ready in less than two hours. A very pleasant experience!
