"Excellent Service" From start to finish Ramsey BMW was honest and efficient. John was very helpful and communicated with me throughout the process. I've been to other dealerships for service, Ramsey is the best.

"Eficient" Called at 9.15 am and got an appointment for 10.20 am , it takes me 45 minutes to get there so it was perfect. Have many dealers in my area and don’t like their service and that’s why I go so far away and it’s also where I bought the car. The service a diver was very pleasant as always. Definitely worth the 45 minutes trip.

"Great Detailing" My x5 looked brand new after a thorough detailing service. I purchased a touch up paint and without even asking they applied it to all the nicks during my visit, they also topped off all fluids,, that’s great service of anticiping the needs of the customer.
"Excellent" The service that was performed on my car was excellent. The service representative, Anna, was courteous and would give me frequent updates on the progress of the service repair. The part my car needed had to be shipped over from Germany so it took a little longer than normal but it was repaired as soon as the part was received by the service department.
"Very friendly and proff" As a repeat customer My experience was again exceptional. I will continue to recommend this dealership to friends and family who have already purchased vehicles here.
