"Good reliable service. " The service good and reliable. Only part I did not like was the charge to inspect to see what was the problem with my A/C. That is nickel and diming. I paid a lot for all warranty and maintainence program. The people I worked with were very professional and courteous. .

"Flat tire emegency" Recently got a large bolt in my tire exiting off Rt 80 near Elmwood Pk, called BMW late in day around 5pm. was able to drive right up there , get loaner car, and had it fixed for me by next day. Awesome response by Ramsey BMW

"Excellent Experience" I have been bringing my car to Prestige BMW and now BMW of Ramsey for many years. The service is excellent and the people are amazing. Diana, Clay and Tony CIRCELLI all took care of me. Very warm welcome coming into the service drive and always smiles. I recommend anyone looking for good service to check out BMW of Ramsey cause they got things rolling!!
"New tire" My rear tire was losing air on the way to the shore. I called the dealership service department and they told me to come in and I was on my way within two hours with a new tire. They made my weekend!
