"Awesome experience" I purchased a BMW X1 from Lori Asserson. Working with her was amazing from start to finish. I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing a BMW. She was upfront, honesty and handled all the details so that I could easily trade in my old car when I purchased the new one.
"Very frustrated at how long it took" It took 3 days for a routine service, and I went over 24 hours with zero updates. Then when I picked up my car all my presets were deflated, and my phone was no longer linked
"I found the exact car I wanted and bought it." I was searching for a specific CPO car to buy, went on-line saw the car and made an appointment. Easy as that. Perfect CPO 550i. Low mileage, immaculate inside and out. love it.
"It was friendly." I like to bring my another car here too for service in future.however not able to book online a loaner was very disaponting. Will call next time to book service and loaner. Online booking for service schedule was feel like tric me even I booked the appointment a month back. So little disapointed.

People there, they are all friendly not because you are their a potential source of revenue, natually they are. I would strongly recommend this dealership to people who want to lease a car with bmw!

"Emergency Drive-In Service" I absolutely love the service at BMW. They are quick, attentive and everyone I’ve worked with there are WONDERFUL. They always go over and above to do whatever they can to accommodate. The work done is tremendous. I would never get another car but a BMW due to the service and quality of the car!!
"Excellent Service" I am from Pennsylvania and found my car on Cargurus. After reviewing all the information on BMW of Ramsey's web site , i contacted sales and had Pedro respond to me. I scheduled an appointment to visit the dealership and see the car. I arrived at 11:00 AM and was greeted by Pedro and at 2:30PM i left the dealership with my new BMW.
