Prestige BMW is one of the best car dealerships I have ever dealt with, especially my salesman, Frank Salzano. Frank made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the minute I met him. I inquired about a BMW 535xdrive and got a call and followup email from Meghan within 30mins. She was very courteous and quickly identified that the vehicle was available. She setup a VIP appointment for me for the next day to come and see the car. Even on the day I was going to go she confirmed that car is still available and had the car waiting outside all prepped up. Five stars to Meghan. Jorge did a great job of taking care of me on this transaction. I showed up 10 min before closing and he and Sean stayed a couple hours late to help me get the right car at a great price. Customer service from Jorge was great, as there were a few minor issues with the car that he was on top of fixing for me. Great asset to the Prestige team.

The dealership is clean and very modern. There are snacks and drinks while you wait. Everyone was friendly , knowledgeable and patient. Max was able to provide me with a car that met all of my needs and we were able to make a fair and quick deal with the help of Shawn Holmes. When I came to pick up my car the next day.
