Lori was attentive, knowledgeable, and helped me through every step of the process with zero pressure and even made sure my insurance was set up properly. The rest of the team helped me into my first BMW, learn all the features and I'm sure I will be back for more!

Tiffany was a wonderful Sales person - very knowledgable and helpful. No pressure sale, and went out of her way to assist me! I was looking to return my lease and get into a new I3, very different than my 7 series but am I having FUN!!! It was a pleasure having people that are really there to help you and make things seem so pleasant and worry free. Thanks would recommend them without a doubt or hesitastion.

I was introduced to prestige by a friend 3 years ago who claimed this place was the best. I was skeptical, but sure enough it was the best car buying experience I ever had. I just leased my second BMW from them. the place is first class, friendly and professional, starting at the reception desk, all the way thru the process. worked with Lori, very personable and knowledgeable and I felt like she had my best interest at heart. was treated like an old friend.
The staff is so attentive to make the buying experience as stress-free as possible. It was well worth the drive from CT to drive over to Prestige. No other BMW dealership in our area (even those closer to home) had the deal that Prestige offered. We love our BMW and would recommend these guys to any of our friends to go experience such wonderful service. Lori was so good to us; she was up-front and patient with any questions we had and made our leasing process a breeze.
This is my 2nd lease with Prestige BMW and the 2nd time that Lori has assisted me. My first lease was such a pleasant experience and I was excited to work with Lori on this lease. She listen to my requests and met all of my expectations and more to find the perfect BMW. Jim explained the lease options and the paperwork was seamless. Kristen patiently explained the interior controls. Wonderful experience!
