Rocco always was honest and friendly ! He made us feel very at home and was sweet with my children. He found the exact card I wanted and I couldn't be happier! James Casella was not fazed by my small children many questions and was very nice to work with as well.
This is the second BMW we have purchased from Prestige BMW. Frank Salzano was our salesman again, and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to get into a BMW. Yesterday we picked up our 5th BMW from Lori Asserson at Prestige in Ramsay, NJ. The total car leasing experience was easy and efficient. Since we live in NY all of the initial leg work was done over the phone. Lori asked me what was important to us in a new car. She responded quickly and with great results. On the day of pick up the process went smoothly. We met with her finance person and then the "genius" who went over all of the options. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to Lori and her team.
