My salesperson, Mr. Gallagher was very professional, did his "homework" and found cars that met my criteria perfectly, was reliable and provided terrific follow through and customer service. The experience was made pleasant by the level of my salesperson's knowledge and polish! The gentleman who processed my loan application and purchase paperwork, was equally as professional and knowledgeable. I do not have his name, but he was terrific too.

We walked in on a Saturday and were quickly introduced to Lori A. She was professional,friendly and very informative. Two hours later we walked out leasing a new car. Lori beat other local dealers prices, because it was more important to her to gain a new customer ,than lose a few bucks. It was a very pleasant experience.

I was not initially in the market for a new car. Regardless of the happenings, through a reference, I found a salesman & a team who I learned to trust & rely on. I found an SAV that fit my wants and needs and Sarem found me a match. From the moment I stepped into the dealership to the moment I left, I felt more at ease knowing I was taken care of by such considerate and generous people. My salesman, Sarem, my financial advisor, Jim, and my BMW Genius, Dwayne and the entire staff were friendly, inviting and caring.

Best experience at a car dealership. Gregg Scott was extremely helpful, courteous and very personable. Dwayne Wong is the tech guru. He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient. Jim Casella was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and quick.
