I've actually found most of my dealership experiences to be pretty pleasant and straightforward, but Prestige BMW has still been my best car purchasing experience to date. This was the closest BMW dealer but we contacted others in the area. The others mostly dealt in generalities but within one day, Lori located the car with exactly the options I wanted at the port and I was driving it three days later. Another dealer called the day I picked-up my new Prestige BMW to tell me that found a similar vehicle but would have to bring it from another state. Forget about it!
Went in late last week to pick up my registration after a recent purchase. Once again the Prestige team never ceases to amaze me. I met Maximo Carela like 2 years ago. I was in a negative amortization and he advised me of my options. Unfortunately, I was stuck with my old BMW. I decided to pay down the payment on the car in order to break even.
