I wanted to go back to an suv from my car.I went to my local BMW dealership (Harriman) and couldnt believe the horrible service I recieved.I was wandering around the lot for at least 45 minutes until I finally went into the building for help.There were a few sales people sitting there not one asked me if I needed help.I finally went up to a man "Todd" who long story short after almost 3 hours I still couldnt get an actual "price quote"on the SUV I was looking at.I ended up leaving and he was supposed to email me some figures... read more
This is my 4th BMW experience with Prestige, three on my own and one with my spouse. The Prestige dealership is like no other. Everyone is warm and embracing, you really feel like family. The showroom is well displayed with floor samples. The staff is friendly&professional. Dan the sales manager was beyond helpful in locating the car we wanted. He was able to make us "an offer we couldn't refuse!" Gregg Scott is an asset to the company!
