My husband and I made the trip all the way from Long Island, NY to Ramsey, NJ, because we were told that Lori Asserson is a great sales person and that we would walk away very happy. It took us an hour and 15 minutes to get there and longer to get home with the rush hour traffic, but we don't regret it. It has been such a delightful experience working with Tim and others members of the team involved in my purchase of the bmw. They have kept me so informed and had explained all my questions. Buying my first bmw I have no doubt I made the right choice at prestige bmw in Ramsey nj. The best deal and best pricing for my money! All said and done I'm very excited and happy to be a bmw owner . Took delivery of a new M4 this morning and want to thank Lori for her effort in putting the deal together and getting the car. I've bought my last 5 cars through Lori and wouldn't go anywhere else. Very easy process and, at the end, got a great car that I love. :)
Lori is an absolute pleasure to work with. After the past two experiences, I can't imagine working with anyone else. She listens to her customers and gets them what they want without all of the games that you find at other dealerships. The day I made the purchase I was shopping around with no intention of making a purchase. However, I was blessed to meet Gregg Scott.
