Jim Casella never asked me to write a review on this site. He never hounded me about how important it could be for him. All that mattered to him was my satisfaction. Go figure. Is this guy redefining Car Sales and true Customer Service?. You bet he is! I love BMWs but I hate "the process" of getting a new car. I returned to Prestige after being referred to Lori Asserson by a colleague. I had previously been to Prestige to shop for a vehicle several years ago and had a very bad experience with arrogant and indifferent sales associates. I had been in Prestige late August 2014 and couldn't find/decide in what I was looking for and promised Dan Gorelick I would be back when ready. I had been to two dealerships on LI were I live and had purchased 5 other Bmws from over the years between my daughter and I. As a first time BMW owner, I had the fortunate pleasure of working with Lori Asserson. Before walking into Prestige, I was trying to decide between two vehicles. Lori was very knowledgeable and provided the information needed without pressuring or trying to upsell me in any way; even during the negotiation process. At Prestige BMW, their mantra is “you are family” versus a customer. Lori played a big part in that experience.

came from long island to lease a car. it was pretty good overall. clean. friendly. accommodating. Dan Gorelick was great to work with. should have more of a selection on site. really needs to partner back up with american express.

I love BMWs ... have driven them for 18 years. Recently, I had precious little time to spend getting a new car. Lori Asserson has helped my company lease BMWs for years. I called Lori to see if she could meet with me, and gave her the goal of getting me out in a car within two hours. She did it (well, my insurance made me wait the weekend, but that's another story.)
