I was treated so well by Dan Gorelick and the sales manager Dan at Prestige, that I felt guilty NOT giving them the deal! Unfortunately for the guys at Prestige, I received a very aggressive offer elsewhere. Buying a used car is not always a pleasant experience. This time it was, which is why I want to say a few words about Albert Medina, who was my sales advisor at Prestige BMW. I never once felt I was being "sold," if you know what I mean. He is very laid back, very patient, explains things carefully, and follows through. I Just bought my 1st BMW Pre-owned from The client advisor (Tim Gallagher ) he was very helpful in explaining all the paperwork ,He was polite and courteous throughout the entire process , even gave me a small gift in recognition of a wait for paperwork , The service I wanted on the car he did for me was excellent I like that ,lady was a great help for me to learn all the new features, Great people, great service, great experience!
