You just can't make this stuff up. Spoke with Prestige GM Stephen Grossman at at Christmas Day gathering. Based on that conversation Representative Mark Rosenblatt was contacted at his home. Mark returned the call and confirmed 1 hour later our credit approval and that the desired vehicle was in fact available and could be prepped and ready for delivery the following morning. This is our second purchase of a BMW from Prestige and I have to say it has been a GREAT experience once again working with Dan. We were able to get the exact car we wanted for the right price. My sales rep (Mr. Dan Gorelick) was instrumental in getting me into my new car. He was extremely professional and took care of every single issue or matter that needed tending to. He was diligent in following up with me, and essentially made the deal happen. I love my new car and he has even followed through with my service needs. I highly recommend him and his dealership.

Rocco worked hard to make me happy after being very unhappy with service and the constant turn over in service advisers he worked multiply vehicles and followed up on pricing and delivery. and worked with me on pricing.

Steve Grossman (GM) & Dan Gorelick (Sales) made for a truly enjoyable car buying experience. They identified my needs for the car & lease structure, laid out my options, and delivered as promised. No hassles, no gimmicks.....just straight forward information. This has been our third lease with Prestige, and there's a reason for that. The quality and care that the dealership provides is reflected in the employees. There are several closer dealerships to our home, but we always go back to Prestige. Dan has been extremely helpful and professional. We are very pleased with the level of information that he has on the vehicles. We could tell he is very honest, patient, and open about everything. Would definitely buy from him again, thanks Dan!
