Easy drop off for service and good communication through text. However, dealer texted me that car was ready for pickup and when I went there they told me to wait an additional 20 min so they could wash the car. I appreciate the car wash, but they shouldn’t text that it’s ready for pick up if there’s still other work to do.
Service has already been good in the past, but this time I couldn’t get any feedback from my service tech. I texted him and called repeatedly to be told “oh we think your car is ready we’ll call you back,” only to receive no call. I call back multiple times to find out if I can get my car and after waiting on hold for thirty minutes, I was told it was ready- 30 minutes before closing. It was pretty frustrating. My service tech, Galo Mora was completely unresponsive all day.

Chris was great to work with. He was responsive and worked with me to get the car delivered when we needed it. I wish they'd have worked with me on the price, but understand how things are with the inventory shortage.
Vanessa is always communicating with me the status of my vehicle. Work is performed in a timely manner. I enjoy leaving my vehicle with her and taking a loaner while work is performed. Very efficient, loaner department is also a pleasure to work with. Getting my car washed and vacuumed is such a treat!
