I am super happy with all the help I got from Justin Ko. I used to avoided Pacific BMW due to the bad customer service I received in the few times I went there for my car service. But Justin has been helping me for the past 6mos and I truly appreciate his knowledge, attention to detail and excellent communication. Bottom line he has excellent customer service skills and I hope they are appreciate it as much from management as they are from me.
