My car battery was dead and My Fiancé is 9 months pregnant and due any day. I called my Service provider Narek and told him I needed to get serviced ASAP because my fiancé might deliver any day now and I can’t be without a car. He not only got me in for service but I was able to get my car back in the same day!! This was during thanksgiving week so busy was an understatement. Thank you so much!!! "I am super happy with all the help I got from Justin Ko...." I am super happy with all the help I got from Justin Ko. I used to avoided Pacific BMW due to the bad customer service I received in the few times I went there for my car service. But Justin has been helping me for the past 6mos and I truly appreciate his knowledge, attention to detail and excellent communication. Bottom line he has excellent customer service skills and I hope they are appreciate it as much from management as they are from me.
