From the moment that we entered JMK until the moment that we picked up the car, we were very happy with the services provided by JMK BMW. Mark Carvalho is a very friendly and extremely knowledgeable sales person. We also liked the fact that he was not pushing us into a purchase at all. This is my 4 purchase from jmk bmw. I couldnt be more satisfied with their friendliness and professionalism. I always feel that the service i receive is personalized. I have purchased several cars from JMK BMW and when the term 'Great Dealer Experience' is used, JMK should be on the top of a short list. Everything about the experience from the test drive, finance and delivery, through service is very professional. I have on occasion called my salesman to ask technical questions and he often provides an immediate response or directs me quickly to someone who can provide one. Upon walking in the door I could tell that buying a BMW at JMK was going to be a different kind of experience. Beside the 3 floor indoor showroom and the magnificent cleanliness of the dealership the salesman Steve ws more then patient with my family, letting everyone of us test drive the new family car. You could tell that unlike some other dealerships Steve and JMK, really care about making deals and relationships to last a lifetime. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new car.

in past years we have leased four bmw's from jmk,yesterday we picked up our 2013 328 from jmk and by far it was the best delivery we had thanks to ALEX RAMOS. His expert product knowledge led us to a seamless and pleasant delivery,he informed us of a BMW PRODUCT PROMOTION and found the one we wanted,he answered all of our questions and we had a good time during the entire delivery.Thanks ALEX!

This dealership and the dealer, Tony Mancuso, always make we want to buy a BMW. Transactions are smooth and deliveries are fast. I can not stress how great this dealership is. On top of the great customer services, I get a free gift with my brand new purchase. I really recommend this dealership if you want a great price, fast transaction, less paperwork, and smooth delivery.

For me the rating of 5 is not high enough. Mr. Angelo Zito, the General Sales Mgr. @ JMK makes walking into a dealership and buying a vehicle a pleasure. He takes away the pressure and you like your treated fairly and honestly. To date, I have purchased 7 BMW's from Mr. Zito in the last 7 years for me and my family.
