I've owned and leased many vehicles but this experience was by the the best. From the minute I walked in to the time I drove off in my new BMW 528i. Will be refering people due to the great service that was provided.
I have known Agatha for some years and have had only great service from her. Once she left the previous dealership, Roxbury BMW, the service I received there subsequently deteriorated to the extent that i didn't even bother to service my three BMWs any longer at that dealership. So far everything to do with JMK met with outstanding service.
My experience with JMK BMW was great. Working with Agata Grzebyk made the experience fun and very stress free. Her knowledge of the car was extremely impressive and had my complete trust answering any questions.

My sales rep went far and beyond to accommodate me and find me the right car. Financing was secured and at a great rate. rebates were applied that I did not even know about. I would not recommend any other dealership. There was no sales pressure. This was a pleasant overall experience. The car itself is amazing as well.
