I recently completed a Euro Delivery purchase of a 2013 M3 from Mark Carvallho at JMK BMW. In the last 15 years I have purchased several new BMW's and other premier marks from other dealers and have to say that Mark's service was awesome. This is the second BMW purchased from this dealer and salesperson, Mark Carvalho. We had purchased BMWs from 2 other dealerships, but will continue at JMK as no other dealership came close to the service, knowledge and professionalism exhibited here and especially by Mark. In the past, I have found that I know more about the car than the salesperson and have found it both disturbing and troublesome. Not so with Mark. His delivery of the car and walk through of it goes beyond any I have had at any dealership.
I have been working with Manny since I leased my first BMW in 2003 and now I am on my 5th from him. Manny is very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. He understands my needs and will not oversell or steer me in the wrong direction. Manny has provided the most simple and stress free sales ever. On top of that, JMK has provided excellent service, when needed. I highly recommend Manny and JMK for your BMW needs.
Mark and his team at JMK did a simply phenomenal job of locating and obtaining a very specific caroin the shortest of notice. My prior BMW was totaled in an accident so I needed a new car very quickly. I really almost can't believe Mark pulled it off as quickly as he did. Mark was highly attentive, no nonsense, and reasonable. He answered all of our questions knowledgeably and accurately anticipated things we might need to know or want. He helped us make informed choices about options and financing, without pressure (which was much appreciated). After the sale, he spent a great deal of time showing us how to operate the car and leave feeling confident. It was probably the best car buying experience I've had - and I've had a lot.

This is the 3rd BMW that I bought from Manny and I plan on buying many more in the near future. Right off the bat, Manny gave me a killer deal; within 5 minutes we were doing paperwork.
