James is an excellent, professional, and a very customer focus sales representative. I went to different dealers and James stands out compared to the others and treated his customer with respect and a can do attitude in helping us make the right decision for his customer. Visiting dealerships to purchase or service a vehicle is rarely an enjoyable experience. The waiting, the waiting area and the overall sales experience leaves a lot to be desired. I just picked up a 2017 340i (lease) on 3/21 from Art. Art is the internet sales manager who responded my online query. He is very straight forward and the whole process is painless. At no point I got any pressure from Art and I haven't seen any of the common "tricks". All negotiations are done via several emails, and Art is able to agree to my deals where no other dealer could.
