I leased my first BMW and found the whole experience at Springfield painless. James did not pressure us and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. I was extremely happy with the sales support provided by Carlos Borbon. I was looking for specific BMW X5 model and he was very helpful. When I decided to go for another car since I wanted HUD, he went beyond and made it happen. Gave me the same great deal with this another car. He was professional, courteous and honest.
