"Service-oil change-lubricants-tires rotates " Tim Twight in Service was in charge of my service and, as always, did an excellent job. Service was very timely and my Range Rover was clean and running nicely when I returned the courtesy vehicle to pick it up. Tim is an awesome person. Very friendly and courteous. I can only say great things about Tim.

"BMW of Omaha Cares For Their Customer" After servicing my car, the engine light symbol illuminated. A message appeared that said to stop the car. The service department arranged to have my car towed. They found out that the filter that was recommended by their catalogue was incorrect. They switched the filter, and notified BMW of the catalogue error. They sent a driver to pick me up and apologized for the inconvenience. They definitely earned my admiration and loyalty.

" Warranty work Information system " Tim in service department was very friendly and keep me up to date on the work on my jaguar pretty much daily even text me after 7pm .

"Very prompt and attentive to questions and details " Worked with Sam Wilson and he was extremely helpful; very prompt and paid attention to details. Sam made the transaction smooth and painless. I flew in from Albuquerque and asked to have the paper work ready to allow me to get on my way. I was picked up at airport, shown the vehicle, test drove and out the door in less than 2 hours. The vehicle was as presented.

"BMW Purchase/Orientation " Reggie (BMW Genius) was outstanding today during the orientation to our new 540i. His patience, depth of knowledge and teaching ability reinforced that our decision to purchase a BMW was was the correct one. Furthermore, the purchasing experience with Quincy (our salesman) was amazing. He actually made buying a car a pleasant experience.
