i thought it was great! They washed and vacuumed my car out. More than what some other places do for an oil change!kristen even helped carry out the car seat when it was finished and kept my little one entertained while get the car seat in and out of the car!

My service advisor Shawn was amazing! Took time to explain what was wrong with my bmw and what I would need to do to fix it. Never once did he make me feel rushed or stupid for the questions I asked. Excellent customer service!!

The service department made every possible effort to get my car running, and to keep me happy. They have repaired the car over a weekend, and provided me with a curtesy vehicle for that weekend. Monday morning the car was ready for a pickup. The lady taking the unscheduled order was great, and kept informed at every step.

I had a piece of trim replaced. The work was done well and in a timely manner. Work was under warranty. It was a great experience
