"Great experience " Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Sam did an outstanding job showing the vehicle and explaining each step of the process. He was never pushy and i felt like he was there to help me make a good decision on a vehicle that was right for me rather than just trying to make a sale. This was a pleasant stress free experience with some great people.

This is our 4th BMW purchase from BMW of Omaha through the years, and have returned each time because of the excellent service and no-pressure sales. The professionalism and follow-up by the sales staff has been outstanding, and we are more than pleased with the sale, as well as with the vehicle we purchased.

As a returning customer to BMW of Omaha I guess you could say I am biased. I knew I was going to be walking into a dealership where I would be treated like family and they would look at my personal needs in order to give me an experience I would want to come back for a third time.

Justin A. was awesome absolutely a pleasure to work with. Dealership was nice selection was great. Financing/warranty part nearly ruined the experience though. Far too much pressure from Mani didn’t like it at all. Otherwise dealer was great.

Great vehicle. Curtis did an awesome job talking through the difference between the X5 and an Audi Q7. This is my 6th BMW from this dealership.

Great people working for this dealership. Smart and trustworthy which is key when you're looking for a new vehicle. They have these attributes in spades. Will definitely recommend BMW of Omaha and also recommend Justin Asuncion as the point person. Justin was extremely professional and responsive and a great asset to the dealership. Between my partner and I, we've had our fair share of car buying experiences. My 6th and her 3rd, our first together; not to mention numerous window shopping experiences where we've been so turned off by the aggressive sales staff that we just walked out. I will turn 40 in a month and wanted a new car to celebrate. This is the second car I've purchased from H&H. This experience was just like the first- Knowledgeable staff who are polite and fair. Once you've owned a BMW you settle for anything less! And H&H is where you should purchase a BMW. Thanks for making my 40th birthday wonderful!
