Trevor was very flexible in working with me in a tight time frame. He accommodated my needs for learning the vehicle's operation on more than one occasion. He also personally delivered my plates and put them on at my office. I found him to be easy to talk with and objective in his assistance in my car decision making.
My experience of buying my new car was excellent. Trevor worked with me through email and phone calls. On the day I picked up the car he picked me up from the station and then walked me through the car's features. The final part of the day was spent in finance which went very smoothly. This all meant I could drive back in good time for the new year.
The agent went beyond what I would expect to facilitate the process of getting a new car at the right price. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and when I went to pick it up, it was all ready to go. Excellent work!
Tom Forte was honest and straightforward throughout the process. He was very helpful and was not at all pushy. He helped me negotiate a better price on my new vehicle as well as on my trade in, even though that probably reduced his compensation. The next time I am in the market for a BMW, Tom will be the first person I contact.

I purchased a new X3 35i from Trevor, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Obviously the car is great, but Trevor worked with me for a long time to understand the features I really needed and helped me to configure the my perfect X3. Second BMW. Chose to buy from this one because of the sales support I received when I went for the initial test drive. They matched and beat competitors prices. Kept in touch with me while my vehicle was being built. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and will be back when I am need of a new BMW.
