I went to dealer for tire an rims issues rich went above an beyond the call of duty to make sure my car was taken care everything was fix in a timely manner, always keeping me inform of what was going on, its a pleasure to work with people like Richie outstanding service keep up the good work we need more people like rich that it's the only reason I'm writing this review usually don't like to write reviews but said this should not go unnoticed once again thank u Richie ,will work we u any time

Norbert Kerekes is very knowledgable about BMWs and has been extremely helpful as a client advisor. He has always stayed in touch about the service and called promptly when our car was ready. He is courteous and professional and I have confidence that he'll see that all work is done thoroughly and completely . What a great dealer. My service writer (Bernadette Capra) was awesome. She was very detailed in explaining what was wrong with my car and what needed to be done to fix it. Very friendly the way it should be. She made me feel very comfortable to be there. The technician (Frank Fata) was also very helpful. He took the time to show me some features on my car that I didn't even know I had. He also did a great job fixing it right. I recommend this dealer to all my friends. Look forward to coming back to this center again...

My Son recomended me to go to Pace BMW although I was very reluctant to do so because I have been a Westchester BMW customer for 25 + years. I came into your service department today and was greeted with the utmost respect! They are also easy to make an appointment with. Convenient hours to drop/pick-up the car. Clean, low-mileage loaners are always available while they meticulously work on your car. My most recent visit required a standard oil change and fixing a slight problem with my radio. My service adviser, Fabian, truly went the extra mile to try and understand the problem before I left in case they could not duplicate the error. I had previously purchased a BMW from this dealership and had a good experience. So naturally I went back to this same dealership to buy another BMW. Again, my overall experience was extremely pleasant. I think this had to do a lot with my salesperson, Mr. Frank Omidi. He was patient with me as I wasn't sure exactly which SUV to buy. He allowed me to test drive both models so that I would be comfortable in making the right purchase. Frank is an excellent person to deal with in all aspects of life. He took the time to find out what was important to my wife and I and then took us through the process clearly and quickly. To give you an idea of how he went the extra mile he even came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly with the delivery of our X3. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with Frank and everyone at the dealership. I do not hesitate to recommend them to friends, family & associates.

This dealership is the best. They were so friendly and helpful. Trevor taught me everything I needed to know about my new 535i. He was ever so thorough and made my buying experience a true pleasure. He even recommended a great local deli to me, chicken joes. Great nuggets! This is my first BMW and I just love it. It handles the roads like a dream. I will not be going back to any of those Japanese made boring cars. If you want a great car and you also want great service go to BMW of Greenwich and ask for Trevor.
