I had an awesome experience at Greenwich BMW. I owe this experience to Tom Forte. He was diligent in helping me find the car that I desired and made the car buying experience truly pleasurable. I would absolutely work with him again and highly recommend him and this dealership.
Went looking for a CPO BMW 328. Saw their ads on the web. All was a pleasure to work with, and after the purchase James, the Delivery specialist spent almost an hour showing us all the features of the car.
From start to finish, the leasing of my new X-1 could not have been more positive. Tom Forte first took the time to listen to what my needs were, then helped me select the options that were right for me. I've bought many cars from many dealers, yet greenwichbmw was the best!!!! Al Shkreli was my sales person and he was so great. He saved me so much time, yet game me more that what I expected. I was put in contact with Tom Forte at Greenwich BMW by a good friend - I had previoulsy leased my 2010 3 series through Mt. Kisco BMW but was not satisfied with the quote I was given for leasing a new 2013. From the first point of contact through driving my car off the lot, Tom was fantastic.
